A full ten megaton blast of nostalgia. First the ‘Here come the Double Deckers’ opening film and tune. I used to watch them on Saturday mornings. Then there’s the Banana Splits – which I remember on the same show.

OMG – I had happy but rather vague memories of the Double Deckers from my early years… it looks absolutely dire now!

let’s have Belle and Sebastian and Robinson Crusoe as well – two more great 1970′s rainy school holiday theme tunes. And there’s always The flashing blade, or maybe Casey Jones…
Great minds think alike, Mike. I wrote down Robinsoe Crusoe to do, this morning. I loved the theme tune. Will do it in the next few days.
